How to establish the new plant-based Flora Plant B+tter as a serious alternative for both home and professional kitchens?
The campaign aimed to highlight the great taste of Flora Plant B+tter as well as the sustainable production and ease of use.
With a wide variety of spreads already available on the market, it was essential to introduce Flora Plant B+tter in a distinctive and attention-grabbing way.
The collaboration was executed through a multichannel approach, leveraging the power of influencers, PR, outdoor advertising, and partner companies. Flora Plant B+tter emerged as an exciting new product.
The campaign aimed to launch in a surprising and attention-grabbing way; three cow sculptures made from recycled materials appeared in the heart of Helsinki. A PR announcement detailed Flora's "Skip the Cow, Not the Flavor" campaign, and the audience had the opportunity to explore both the recycled-material cows and Flora's new plant-based product.
The product's great taste and usability were highlighted through a collaboration with Relove Second Hand & Café, where a delicious plant-based and vegan cupcake was created. Additionally, three influencers targeting different audience segments were chosen for the partnership. The influencers shared their experiences using the Flora Plant B+tter product in their home kitchens, sampled the baked goods created in collaboration with Relove, and thus raised awareness about the product.
The campaign kicked off with a 4-day PR stunt at the Helsinki Central Railway Station, where we made a splash with three cows crafted from recycled materials. The goal of the stunt was to communicate about the environmental benefits of choosing a plant-based margarine. During the event, Flora Plant B+tter was sampled both on bread and in cupcakes baked in collaboration with Relove. The Flora campaign was further supported by two press releases that provided more details about the initiative and the partnership with Relove.
